Deep Snooze Tea – 3oz
If you experience insomnia and restless sleep, this is the tea for you! This powerful blend calms muscles and the nervous system to help you get the sleep you need. *Please note that kava kava has a tendency to slightly numb the lips and tongue if you drink a lot of it.
To use: 1-2 Tbsp of tea blend per 1.5 cup of water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain and enjoy 1-2 cups of tea!
