I heat it up by putting it in a glass of boiling water for a few seconds, it loosened it up to squeeze the syringe and push it through. I like how it shows how much u are using. The first time I tried this stuff I thought I was getting ripped off but it took at least an hr to an hr and a half to kick in but when it kicks in it lasts for hours. I love this stuff so much better than smoking because it lasts so long. I get lifted for 4-5 hrs when I use this stuff!! It helps me sleep too.
