Production: Lobelia is a small, low-growing plant in the bellflower family that produces vibrant purple-blue flowers. The aerial parts of the plant are traditionally used to combat inflammation of the skin and respiratory disorders. The herb is also a component of herbal smoking blends, as indicated by the common names Indian tobacco and asthma weed.
Qualities: Bitter and acrid due to the presence of carboxylic acids and piperidine alkaloids. Not recommended for culinary use.
Common Use: Infuse in oil or make strong water infusions for use in salves, lotions and other topical formulations. The herb may also be tinctured for external use. May induce vomiting if ingested, even in small amounts.

What is Organic Lobelia? (Lobelia inflata)
Native to eastern North America, lobelia has a long history of use by indigenous tribes for its wellness-supporting properties. Lobelia inflata is an herbaceous annual that likes to grow in compact soils. Lobelia leaf was popular with Eclectic herbalists at the turn of the century and has a tradition of use in external applications, smoking blends, and infusions as lobelia tea. A strong botanical to be used with respect, lobelia herb can also be used to make liquid extracts.
Lobelia has a long history of therapeutic and ritual use. Lobelia is best used as a tea or in smoking blends. It may be smoked directly but can be nauseating for some folks. Other common names include puke weed. Lobelia is in the Campanulaceae family.

Production: This raw bee pollen was collected from Cistus blossoms (aka Rock Rose). Beekeepers then ethically harvest the pollen by gently removing it from the hives without harming the bees or disturbing their routine. The pollen is carefully dried in the open air to retain optimal nutritional integrity. During the collection process, the pollen is never heated or ground up resulting in an extremely high-quality pollen which is completely natural and raw.
Bee pollen is sometimes called “Nature’s gold”. Just imagine, one teaspoon of pollen takes one single bee eight hours a day for one month to gather!
